Briana McCarthy is the President and Founder of The Brilliant Tribe.  Briana is a graduate of Trinity International University and holds a bachelor’s in Christian Ministry with an emphasis in Counseling and Social Services with a minor in Biblical Studies. She received her Master’s in Theology and Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary and plans to begin her PhD in the near future.

Briana has had the privilege of writing for and working with several Christian organizations such as the Jude 3 Project, Christianity Today, as well as the And Campaign.  She looks forward to partnering with more organizations to equip the church.

For as long as she can remember Briana has had a passion for teaching the Word of God and has felt a tug to start a Christian organization with the purpose of helping to encourage and equip the church. In 2016,  after praying for clarity on what the organization would be, the Lord gave her the name The Brilliant Tribe and charged Briana with the mission to encourage the Church to light up the world for His glory.
